Terms of Service

By accessing or using Veddy AI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Durga Venu Kumar Mutyala (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can contact us at venu.tarb.ai@gmail.com.

Veddy AI is a web-based resume builder that allows users to create, edit, export, and share resumes. The Service includes a manual builder (currently available) and an AI-powered rewrite feature (in development).

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not use another person's account without permission.

You retain full ownership of the resume content you create using Veddy AI. We do not claim any rights over your content.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

We do not use your resume content to train AI models.

The Resume Live Link feature allows you to make your resume publicly accessible via a unique URL. By enabling this feature, you acknowledge that:

• Anyone with the link can view and download your resume
• You are responsible for the content you choose to make public
• You can disable the link at any time

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service
• Create accounts for the purpose of spamming or abuse

The core resume builder is free to use. We may introduce paid features in the future (such as Agentic Mode). Pricing for paid features will be clearly communicated before any charges are made.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. You should review all AI suggestions before using them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veddy AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of employment opportunities, or loss of revenue.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
